Olivia’s Senior Portrait Session – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Yesterday, I met Olivia for her senior portrait session. She was a little nervous at first, like everyone usually is, but I knew after capturing the first couple of images that she would do just great. Olivia is a senior at Barberton High School and she wanted her senior pictures to be different. That is exactly what my goal is when taking senior pictures. We walked around downtown Barberton and, as I always do, looked for the best spots of light. By the end of the session I would say that Olivia was ready for the cover of Vogue Magazine. Maryssa’s Winter Senior Year Session – cleveland senior portrait photographer

You know that you have a unique client when they want to do their senior year portraits in the middle of winter and that is just what Maryssa did. The arts are an important part of who Maryssa is so we wanted to incorporate that into her session as much as possible. She is in the Green High School marching band and also participates in their theater program, so the Cleveland Museum of Art and Playhouse Square seemed like the most logical place for her session. The weather SHOULD have presented a challenge, but Maryssa was gung ho and it was just…fun. I want to thank her for being so incredible as well as her mom and aunt for being such good sports in the most challenging conditions. Kasi’s Senior Year Portrait Session – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Yesterday I had the honor of photographing Kasi for her senior year portraits. Kasi is a senior at Norton High School in Norton, Ohio. I’ve known Kasi and her family for quite a while so I was happy when I got the call to do her portraits. Like all of my clients, Kasi wanted something different from the usual “senior portraits”. Dustin’s Senior Year Portraits – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Yesterday I met with Dustin and his mom for his senior year portrait session in downtown Barberton, Ohio. Dustin is a senior at Barberton High School where he plays baseball (pitcher and first base). It was important for Dustin to get some images at the baseball diamond and also to incorporate, if possible, a good sunset. I think we accomplished that goal. Here are a few images from the session. Mariah’s Akron Senior Portrait Session

Another cold and wet Ohio day, but we moved forward with Mariah’s senior year portrait session anyway (why wouldn’t we??). We met in Akron’s Merriman Valley to capture some rural image of the outdoors. Being such a cloudy, gloomy day provided us with the opportunity to capture some dramatic images. After a brief break we headed to downtown Akron for evening images. Mariah was fantastic. It was definitely cold and she pushed ahead, even remaining tactful when confronted with some Saturday night revelers. Here are just a few of the images. Zach’s Senior Year Portrait Session – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Not only did he kill during his session, but he did so hampered by a healing ACL, on which he recently had surgery! He was a champ! Maddy’s Akron Senior Portrait Session – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Yesterday was Maddy’s senior year portrait session. Maddy is a senior at Lake High School in Hartville, Ohio. Maddy wanted something different than the usual “senior portraits” and I think that that is exactly what we got. We simply let the sunlight be our guide, following it wherever it took us (every image from the session, except the night images, are direct or reflected sunlight). She did wonderfully and I want to thank her, her mom and their friend Suzi for their assistance and a great session. Abbey’s Senior Portrait Session – cleveland senior photographers

Yesterday was Abbey’s senior year portrait session. Abbey’s is best friend’s with Nikki, who I photographed last year -here- and who was with Abbey and her mom throughout the three hour session (That’s right!! Three hours!!) Abbey is a senior at Barberton High School. She wanted an autumn session (duh!) and also wanted to incorporate her participation in Barberton’s volleyball team. So, we drove around Barberton until we ended up at the high school for pictures in the gym and in their completely awesome locker rooms. Abbey, her mom, and my unpaid assistant, Nikki were great. Lina’s Senior Session Redux – cleveland senior portrait photographers

Yesterday we had scheduled Lina’s make up senior portrait session (Lina is a senior at Wadsworth High School). During her initial session it started to rain and we weren’t able to get many outside images. So, we rescheduled a brief make-up session. Well, it rained again! However, we were able to get the session in without getting too wet. It was important that Lina’s boyfriend, Nick, be with us because she wanted some images with him. Well, Nick was my secret weapon. Any time that I needed a genuine smile from Lina, I just pulled Nick into her line of sight. Worked like a charm!! Here are a few images from the session. Katey’s Wadsworth Senior Portrait Session – cleveland senior portrait photography

Yesterday evening I met Katey and her mom at Hubbard Valley Park in Wadsworth Ohio for Katey’s senior year portraits. Katey is a senior at Wadsworth High School and good friends (best friends!) with our client Tyler -here- It was a perfect day for autumn portraits and I couldn’t have asked for a better subject. Katey did all that was needed to get great images and her mom was a great help as her stylist and wardrobe director. We did end up in downtown Wadsworth for some brick and mortar images (for variety ) and that worked perfectly. Here are a few images from the session.
