On Sunday, I met up with Matt & Beth in downtown Cleveland on the popular East Fourth Street for their engagement session. It was 25 degrees and windy by the lake but that didn’t stop them. For this session Matt and Beth wanted to concentrate strictly on Cleveland’s East Fourth Street, which is a favorite spot of theirs. We started out near Euclid by the House of Blues and worked our way up. They had a lot of great ideas and I am very excited and looking forward their wedding in 2014. Nick and Laura’s Cleveland Photography Session
Yesterday it was cold, windy and rainy but that didn’t stop Nick and Laura from having their engagement session. We met on Cleveland’s famous East 4th Street right by the House of Blues. We walked around the area and just searched for the light. Nick and Laura will be getting married in June with their wedding and reception taking place at Gervasi Vineyard in Canton, Ohio. Here are a few images from the session. Be sure to leave Nick and Laura a comment, below, and remember to “Like” Spencer Photography Inc. on Facebook.

Rob and Janet’s House Of Blues Wedding and Reception – cleveland wedding photographers
Rob and Janet wanted something different for their wedding day. A House of Blues wedding and reception was just the thing. Actually, it was more that just the thing. It turned out to be one the most unique (and cool) weddings we’ve seen in a while (not taking anything away from past clients, of course). The day started with Janet getting ready and the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel in downtown Cleveland. It’s easy to get caught up in the beauty of the Renaissance Hotel, but it also has beautiful window light in various locations around the hotel. We definitely took advantage of that. Only the House of Blues could top the Renaissance. I met Rob at the House of Blues for a few images of him before he and Janet were to see each other for the first time. We did this in the backstage alley (that’s rock n’ roll!!). They had a brief ceremony in the Foundation Room then it was party time. Todd of Beach Boyz Entertainment did a great job as always. Rich, of House of Blues, keep the party atmosphere by controlling the lights, fog machines and just making sure everything was kosher. Overall, a great success in my opinion. I want to thank Rob and Janet for entrusting me with their photography and, especially, for caring for the craft. Here are some images from the day. Rob and Janet’s Northeast Ohio Engagement Session
Yesterday, I met up with Rob and Janet in Grand River, Ohio for their engagement session. (Rob and Janet will be getting married and having their reception at The House of Blues in downtown Cleveland). Boy! Was it HOT! For the first half of their session we stayed inside Pickle Bill’s (my kind of place!). After lunch and planning out their wedding day, we set off to get some images with Janet’s horse, Bucket (Bucket is a 5 year old Paint). Overall a great session and I am definitely looking forward to their wedding. Here are a few images.

Harsh and Sonal’s House of Blues Engagement Session – cleveland ohio wedding photographers
Sonal was in the bridal party for a wedding that I did back in 2007 (Hi, Jamie and Rhoe!!) so I was excited for her to see how my work has progressed since then. This was my first opportunity to meet her fiance, Harsh, who is a great guy and seemed very comfortable in front of the camera. I’m am looking forward to their wedding in June of 2012. When Sonal mentioned where she wanted to do her engagement session, I was stoked. The House of Blues in downtown Cleveland, Ohio is a cool venue and just the type of place that has everything for a cool session (not to mention that there is great music constantly playing in the background). It exceeded my expectations. Here are a few images.
